  Went in today to buy Baseball Nut ice cream. There are very limited stores that have it. I always buy the whole 5 gallon container because it's soo hard to get. Was told that I can get a dozen half gallon containers which obviously have a bigger mark up but I can't have it, we "aren't aloud to sell it that way". Since I have previously worked at dunkin I know that is untrue and you can they just refuse to sell it that way. Workers made my experience also bad because of what seems like they don't want to be there and had a attitude like they want to grt paid to just stand there. They made the wrong drink for me soo i aaked to have the drink i ordered and tgat obviously upset the young lady. Should get people who are actually happy to work instead of having a attitude. We know the pay isn't great, it's not the customers fault and should be a little more hospitable to your customers. I will never return to this dunkin. I prefer the one on veteran's memorial parkway and harned road. People are much nicer there

  This Dunkin used to be the best in the area now, not so much. The bagels aren't fresh anymore and they've watered the coffee down to save on costs. If i wanted coffee flavored tea, i'd use instant. They must have forgotten that there's a Starbucks right across the street (with a drive through) that offers s "Blonde" blend. I won't mind paying the extra .50 if dunkin chooses to water down their coffee at this location.
