  I drove an hour and a half just to eat at this specific Sonic. Upon receiving my first order (in which my family and I ate in the car), the waiter forgot my sons chicken tenders but he gave me the missing order. Then I ordered again to take home and I did not receive one of my orders. I did not realize so until I drove home (and hour and a half!). So I called the store the next morning (today 3/22/17 @ 10:10 AM) a male picked up so I explained my issue in hopes of getting a refund or a free meal upon my next visit but instead he responded and said "why you just didn't look at your order first before leaving?" I was puzzled to receive such an unprofessional response. I told him the employees should be more careful and less in a hurry to assure their customers are receiving their complete order and that his response was unprofessional and that is not a way to handle customer complaints and I will be posting a negative review in which I was trying to prevent this is why I called but the phone call GOT ME NO WHERE.

  My orders have always bin correct, even though this location is always jam packed with other patrons. Wait times may very significantly according to how much volume they have to deal with that day. If you are in a rush I suggest avoiding the park and eat, and just go around and park your car and walk up to place your order, this may be faster especially if there is a wait line of cars for the park and eat spots.
